Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and hygiene liner intact.
- Swimwear must include original packaging and tags.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
How to Return
- Email us at softbold@softboldswim.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return address.
- Ship the items back within 7 days of RMA approval.
- We’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Return Shipping Cost
- Customer pays return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping and replacement shipping.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
